Red Rocoto capsicum pubescens species from Andes Mountains, has a slight apple like flavor but very hot.

News regarding the Bhut Jolokia:
From Time magazine April 5th, 2010
What They're Weaponizing in India:
The newest addition to India's antiterrorism arsenal is tastier than most. After successful trials in defense labs, India is converting the bhut jolokia-the worlds hottest chile-into hand grenades. Intended to render suspects harmless like tear gas does, the non-toxic bombs have an added bonus, according to R.B. Srivastava, a scientist at the defence research and development organisation:"the grenades' pungent smell can choke terrorists and force them out of there hideouts."
Bhut Jolokia Growers tips:
1 Ghost pepper seeds will sell fast, order yours while they are available.
2 Make sure to plant more seeds than plants you want to grow. As seeds sprout you can pick the more robust plants for pepper production.
3 Be patient.......ghost pepper seeds germinate and sprout slowly.
